Added some more stuff.

Thus far, the "Enhanced" Lucasarts adventures and Zeliard seem to have the best output.

Anything else I should look into?

Thanks for SQ1 and Silpheed (hurts your ears?  brings back memories - that's the only way I ever heard it until getting the 'treated' files here (or SMC))

How 'bout KQIII's opening and credits and the ending suite?

Silpheed...hurts your ears?

Too many high-pitched notes...

Seems to be a Sierra thing. "Donald Duck's Playground" is also one octave higher on the Tandy than on the original C-64.

Thanks for trying ....

And maybe the high pitch stuff was limitation to get enough variations of the music in the channels to keep them from just blending together?  Certainly a ton better than PC-speaker but still not much to work with compared to a Roland module.

Silpheed is indeed best on the Roland MT-32, except for the introduction tune, which sounds best on the original PC-88 OPN.

Too bad... The domain name where the demo files are stored has expired. Could you upload them to another place ?

Hmm. This isn't good. It might be time to get my own website...

Terrific! I enjoy hearing those Tandy sounds again. I had a 1000 SL/2 and really regret giving it away when I finally upgraded to a 486.

Could you please upload something from my favorite game of all time, Hero's Quest (renamed Quest for Glory I)? I LOVED the sound of that game on my Tandy and for some reason DosBox doesn't bring it back the way I remember. My favorite pieces were when you first leave Spielburg, Erana's piece and the Battle music (also used for choosing your character type). Thank you VERY much for doing this!

Done.

And done.

The parent post has been updated.

By the way, if anyone has any idea what the Tandy command-line option for Sentinel Worlds is, do tell.

Great stuff! I had an SL/2 back in the day before it didn't make much economic sense to sell obsolete hardware (hence, ain't got it no mo'). I added an 8-bit SoundBlaster to it, so I don't remember what I played w/ Tandy sound or w/SB sound. I know that I had Thexder on that tandy and the music was great Smiley I used to start it up just to hear Moonlight Sonata at the intro screen. Once I got rid of the tandy, i didn't even bother with Thexder anymore because the PC screeches were so terrible. I didn't appreciate what i had because it was my first PC! Smiley

I'd love to hear the Level 1 fighting music "Silph of Wind" in that!  Smiley

I've added some more David Warhol goodness to the parent post, in the form of Sentinel Worlds I: FutureMagic and Skyfox II recordings. Enjoy... or something.

Fixed the links (not that anyone cared). Smiley

I also added a few SMS tunes from Golvellius, as played-back on the Tandy (with much appreciation to NewRisingSun). I don't know about you guys, but this stuff makes me wish Sierra had utilized the chip better. Just imagine what the AGI games could have sounded like...

Yeah, sounds pretty good! Have you made any enhancements to the themes?
